>200°C temperature resistant resin for ESD (electro-static discharge)
Loctite 3D IND3380™ ESD by Henkel is a high-temperature-resistant (>200°C) resin formulated to provide consistent and long-term ESD performance. Its combination of isotropy, rigidity, high HDT and chemical resistance make it suitable for high-load applications without reduced performance or Z-axis weakness and high heat processes like conformal coating.
Processed with the P3™ DLP printing system, it results in parts with high dimensional accuracy, fine features and smooth surface finish, comparable to injection molding quality. Eliminating the need for expensive tooling with long lead times, it enables economically viable low volume production.
